Southpoint Commercial tower was finalised with 24,000 m2 of PCA A-Grade office space whilst achieving a 5 Star Green Star Office Design and a 4.5 star NABERS target. In 2016, Flight Centre (ASX Listed Company) moved into their new headquarters at Southpoint, with the company securing the 23,000sqm commercial tower.
