A Foundation Already in Place
East Village is not starting from scratch. The Courtyards and The Quarters, two completed residential buildings by AJG, already within the precinct. These early stages have demonstrated the Group’s commitment to long-term delivery.
Latest Stage Residential
The latest residential release in East Village and represents a new standard for Cannon Hill. Designed with Brisbane-based Bureau Proberts, this stage will offer a mix of apartment types and sizes, with curated resident amenities including pools, a yoga lawn, gym, and more.

Sales for the first residential stage will launch soon. Construction is due to commence in 2026.
